Taken together, these values determine the diseases spread. In reality, \mu and \beta are a function of a citys population, density, and mixing rate.
Lets experiment with changes in \beta . Keep \mu fixed at 1/3, and plot the graph of i(t) with several different values of \beta between 0.5 and 2.0.
