Question 4
This project is a large excavation project and we have just been awarded the contract. We desire to determine if the company owns enough D-8T Caterpillars (CAT) and also what our cash requirements are forecasted to be. This same process would be used to manage and control any resource: labor, equipment, money, tools, etc.
Calculate the total cost per month (thousands of dollars).
The owner does not want to go over \(\$ 135,000\) per month. Do not use more than 10(ten) CATs per month.
Create the following:
1. Monthly cost and CAT loaded bar chart based on the standard project duration.
2. Level for the constraints listed above.
Use Excel to do the work; it will make your life easier.
\begin{tabular}{|c|c|c|c|c|c|}
