The date is $01/01/2023$ and a patron is waiting in line to get into the venue. They do not appear to be intoxicated but they look under $25$ years of age so you must perform an ID check.

Ask the patron to provide identification so you can perform an ID check.

In your answer you must:

Clearly ask the patron for identification;

Check the document and determine if the patron needs to be refused entry. Remember the scenario takes place on $01/01/2023$ and you need to determine the age of the patron on that date.
