The Letsatsi$-5$ project, which involved many technical specialists, professionals,

workers and managers and had to be completed within three months, stalled due

to numerous conflicts, costs and time overruns. In the last conversation that the

project manager had with the management, the problem was accepted that

behavioral problems such as leadership style, decision$-$making and teamwork were

the cause of the failure of many projects.

Using Hersey and Blanchards' $(1982)$ Situational Leadership Model and Thamhain

and Wilemons' $(1975)$ Conflict Management in Project Life Cycles. Address the
