You will need to draw a BPMN diagram, including lanes. to represent the entire described process, which involves the following steps and stages: The process begins when a person (customer) wants to book a taxi they will phone up the taxi company to provide the details of the collection location. Next. the coordinator person will find a taxi driver that is close to the collection location. The coordinator will then contact the taxi driver to ask the driver if they can go to the collection location. If the driver responds no then the coordinator will return back to find some other driver. If the driver responds yes then the coordinator sends an SMS to the customer telling them that a taxi is on its way. At the same time while the coordinator sends that message, the driver will drive to the collection location. The passenger will then get in the car. If it is a latenight time, the passenger will have to pay an estimated fare rst, before the driver then drives to the destination. If it is a normal time (e.g. daytime), then the driver will rst drive to the destination and then request payment by the customer of the exact price ofthe fare. Finally driver tells the coordinator he is finished. You need to either draw with pen and paper and take a photograph with your phone, or else use a computer program such as 'paint' or other online software, to draw the diagram.
