The industry which I choose to describe and I am passionate about is the banking sector which is going to be one of the sector in the coming days because a large number of transctions are going to be performed on the online platform which require banking organisation to enhance their means and measure to explain their market reach and also help in a safety of fund exchange throughout the world to make the life of the people easier and help every person use the credit and debit card for their personal use for doing every transaction on an easy basis this will help in maintaining a new form of cashless business and people will be doing the business on the mobile phone which will require the online payment model and in the country of Malaysia it will also be seen that the people and their work will be performed on the online platform and we can run the business in an easy manner where everyone can generate better opportunity of growth and help in development of better principle to run the business in an effective manner. For the upcoming ventures we have to make the planning and policy in such a manner that the organisation will be able to expand the business and generate better opportunity for the people to work into and for this it is very important to analyse the business fact and figure and co-operate with it to make better change yes into the organisation and help in developmental principle and generate opportunity of growth. While we are running the business we have to keep into mind that profitability with the satisfaction of customer should be the mean goal of the organisation and for this we have to operate with the business and developed better opportunity on growth and help in development of better than people to run the business in a better way where every one can be motivated enough to come forward and give the suggestion regarding how The Ventures are going to be run by them and select the basic principle for reliment justification of the thought process and for dealing with the business in an effective manner we have to generate better form of information generation and the thought process should be given on a message basis so that we can operate with the business by consulting the customer and help them to be an important part of the organisation and make the customer written with the organisation for a longer period of time.

The mission of the organisation should be earning better revenue by satisfaction of the customer and to be with them for a longer period of time and help in development of principles. When we are running the business we have to keep and to mind this principle to be followed so that we can create better opportunity of development and create better product and services with the existence of the customer and for making this banking sector effective enough we have to reduce the frauds taking place on the online platform and also create a safe mode of generating organisation to develop the principle to run the business in an effective manner. While generating better opportunity of growth we have to create effective form of running of the business to make the people effective enough to work with the plans and policies and organise the task of the organisation in such a manner that we can generate better opportunity of growth for our customer and also help in making the banking sector successful in Malaysia and for this we have to take the resistance of all the business organisation that operate in Malaysia to make the product and service that we are going to launch into the banking sector suitable and helpful for the different business organisation to make the business sustain and generate better opportunity. And on the basis of this we should develop the goal statement and missing statement and have a better view regarding the running of the business and create a new type of banking sector for the people to use which is helpful and easy for the people to access.
