we are creating database to track different trainings employees have to partake in at work.

There are 4 sets of incident management assistance team (IMAT). A red, blue, West Virginia (WV), and IMAT1(first to be called).

RULE - IMAT members train at 3 different sites which gives an IMAT member 3 different student IDs which is why a student ID cannot be utilized. The member username is unique to the agency so they will keep that o where they are.

RULE All trainings need to have their completion dates entered and stored in short date 00-00-0000 format

RULE Train completion dates should be reported as overdue or non-qualified if more than 365 days since last completion date
