My Summary: As of Monday January 27,2025, our current president Donald Trump has evidently expressed that he will cut federal grants and loans in all of America. This order has created a bit of uncertainty in which Judge Loren L. Alikhan from the court in U.S District Columbia has rescinded preventing Trumps administration from moving forward with the order. The order was temporarily blocked as of yesterday Tuesday January 28,2025 which is a challenge that will cause a lot of desperation and setbacks for America's health system, and non-profit organizations along with many other different programs. Furthermore, this law will not only block the care of people away but also affects programs such as federal loans and grants, temporary food assistance also senior nutrition programs. If this law were to fall through it could also potentially fumble the state Medicaid programs and cause many health insurance companies to plummet. Additionally, this law has caused many challenges. The freeze on the federal aid will most definitely be a constitutional crisis if it comes down to trump overpowering the temporary pause on the order in the states. This article discusses the confusion it has caused throughout the states and this temporary pause will command time to evaluate and review agreements to the most effective use of Trump's administrative orders. The article also states the democrats have taken this order to offense and believe that the order is unconstitutional. In fact, the democrats believe that the order should be reviewed generally before any moves can be made and the law can be passed because it is inhumane to millions of Americans. In conclusion, the federal aid freeze has made the process of many difficult in which all their funding has been taken in the time trump decided to freeze the federal aid, hopefully this temporary block on the order can extend can be extended by reaching more judges and blocking the order and realize how destructive it could possibly be to humankind.
