- In order to replicate the results of Table 4, you need to restrict your sample to the base sample by using the following command:

keep if baseco == 1.

- For Columns (7) and (8), create other_continent dummy by typing the following commands:

gen other_cont=.

replace other_cont=1 if (shortnam=="AUS" | shortnam=="MLT" | shortnam=="NZL")

recode other_cont (.=0)
