You work for a local candy manufacturer, ABC Sweets, as the General Manager. A month ago, the shareholders of ABC Sweets made you and the rest of the management team aware that an American company (Stars and Stripes Holdings), has purchased the majority of ABC Sweets' shares and will be taking full management control in three months. Question 3 - Planning

3.1You decide that this project provides an ideal opportunity to transfer some much needed skills to one of your subordinates, John, the Office Manager. Explain to him how to use the decision making process to decide which supplier to use. (4)
