J. Lo finally got to the party and when she walked in the door, was handed a piece of paper. The paper was actually a flyer that showed the sale price for the house she was standing in. She looked at it and realized she actually liked it, the first thing she'd liked all evening. The paper with the picture of the house said, "$5 million firm." J. Lo went to find the owner, Matt, and went to talk to them. She said to Matt, "I'm buying your house for $5 million! I'll be back to take care of it next week after I talk to my husband. " In response, Matt said: "I won't sell it to anyone but you for a week." She said "Great!" and asked him to write that out for her, and he wrote exactly what he said on a piece of paper and they both signed it.

The next day, after J. Lo had talked to her husband Ben, she called up Matt and told him she was ready to close the deal. He told hersorry, I sold it to Taylor Swift late last night.

J. Lo is really unhappy all around. Answer the following questions:
