The aim is to allow face-to-face classes in a safe environment while making provisions for the possibility of transmission of these classes to students who may opt for health reasons to remain online. You are required to identify relevant deliverables and project goals and subsequently, a project plan based on the guidelines below.

Guidelines

This proposal is a summary document that contains essential information to communicate project objectives, team structure and stakeholders, tasks, deliverables, timing, and management/communication procedures. This document should, at a minimum include the following items and topics:
