a) Mr, Tanveer is a CEO of well-known publisher in Karachi he is punctual in attending office and conduct meeting daily with heads of departments (HoDs) in order to know the work progress. After getting knowledge about the work and other implications direct HoDs for future plans and actions. Occasionally address entire company but regularly address media and public through social media. Please indicate various managerial roles of Mr. Tanveer i.e. those highlighted by the given passage and do not try to include unnecessary items.

b) Mr. ABC is devising plan for remaining four semester of BBA program he has assumed to take five courses in regular and two in summer semesters. However, every course must be done with at least 3 GPA and in case of lesser grade he will repeat the course through adding that in summer semester plan. Analyze the given passage and highlight various outcomes and points pertaining to planning function highlighted in the situation.

c) Mr. T and Mr. V are working on same position although the remuneration of Mr. V is 25% more than Mr. T. In fact, this is due to the experience of Mr. V which is three years more than the Mr. T. However, Mr. T is not satisfied and ask you to make him motivate. Then which theory of motivation you will apply here to motivate Mr. T please indicate and highlight the entire procedure

d) Mr. J is a area manager of well-known bank and in addition to his inter-personal roles also performs informational and decisional role. Although he is not preferred as a leader in the subordinates as of personal association, linkage and ability to make other progress professionally. Then which managerial function has not been performed effectively by Mr. J and how any one theory associated with the particular managerial function (that is lacking) might improves the performance.
