Specifically, it lists the top 13 air travel markets (in terms of passenger volume) from IAH. For each market (for example, Houston (IAH) - Dallas (DFW)), the table shows not only the total passenger volume, but also the breakdown by airlines (carriers).

I dont know how to use formulas in excel to calculate this and I need help with:

calculate the Index of Dissimilarity (ID) and
calculate the Gini's Coefficient (G) for each market
and identify the market with the highest level of competition.
