1. Conduct a user study (on any existing software or WEBSITE) to critically evaluate the existing system (software) and

propose ideas, features and interactive design concepts to improve the system.

Your report should answer the following points:

(a) Setting the objectives and hypothesis;

(b) Sample specification including target audience details; (remember design for all people (handicapped, vision impaired, hearing impaired);

(c) Research methodology used (Qualitative, Quantitative, or Mix-approach)

including set of questions asked;

(d) Data analysis, reject/accept hypothesis, and conclusions;

(e) Ideas, features or improvements required for the system (including FR and

NFR).
