Question Two Question 2 ......................................................................................................Ms Puva and Ms Devi are equal partners in PuvaDevi Medical Provisions and Supplies (partnership business) and the partnership business was registered in October 1992. Due to the existence of animosity between them and as a result of the conduct of Ms Devi in running the partnership business in the way in which she did. Over the years, Ms Puva through her solicitors sought various orders from the courts with regard to the rendering of the accounts of the partnership business. A report was produced disclosing that the accounts of the partnership business were recorded in an ambiguous, misleading and fundamentally wrong manner reflecting discrepancies and irregularities in the running of the partnership business by Ms Devi. Ms Puva had also charged her own partnership in order to secure an overdraft facility and Ms Devi then used that overdraft money to pay the balance of the 10% deposit and to settle the private loan taken by the partnership business. Ms Puva also contends that Ms Devi had used partnership funds to acquire property in her husbands name and that of her own. Ms Puva intended to seeks from the court an order to end the partnership.
