The situation:

The ecological farmers association of Ontario is a non-for-profit organization that supports small farmers to build resilient ecological farms and grow a strong knowledge-sharing community. The association is a membership-based organization, and it is mainly focused on farmer-led education, research and community building; the organization brings farmers together so they can learn from each other and improve the health of their soils, crops, livestock and the environment, while running profitable farm businesses.

The problem

The association wants to bring more benefits to members by promoting production, enhancing productivity, and increasing income. Currently the organization is planning a physical distribution system to sell its organic products in the GTA. The organic products of the association includes fresh vegetables, fruit, eggs, milk and meat (pork and chicken)
