For instance, initiatives with high impact and low cost were prioritized, while those with high cost but substantial long-term benefits were scheduled for subsequent phases.
Suggested Path Forward
Our suggested path forward involved developing a sequence to address the prioritized OFIs. We recommended starting with initiatives that offered the highest impact at the lowest cost, such as enhancing employee engagement programs and improving non-financial performance metrics. Following these, we proposed tackling higher-cost initiatives like integrating risk management into strategic planning. We included a visual representation (Gantt chart) to illustrate the timeline and duration of each initiative, ensuring a clear and actionable plan for the organization.s improvement.
