Introduction

This reflection paper aims to encapsulate the experiences and insights gained from our group project, which required weekly status reports and a final presentation. Project Status

We used an impact vs. cost scoring approach to prioritize opportunities for improvement (OFIs). This method allowed us to balance the potential benefits of each initiative against its associated costs, ensuring that we focused on high-impact, cost-effective improvements. For instance, initiatives with high impact and low cost were prioritized, while those with high cost but substantial long-term benefits were scheduled for subsequent phases.

Suggested Path Forward

Our suggested path forward involved developing a sequence to address the prioritized OFIs. We recommended starting with initiatives that offered the highest impact at the lowest cost, such as enhancing employee engagement programs and improving non-financial performance metrics. Following these, we proposed tackling higher-cost initiatives like integrating risk management into strategic planning. We included a visual representation (Gantt chart) to illustrate the timeline and duration of each initiative, ensuring a clear and actionable plan for the organization.s improvement.
