Question: Write a C++ program that allows the user to enter the last names of five candidates in a local election and the votes received by each candidate. The program should then output each candidates name, the votes received by that candidate, and the percentage of the total votes received by the candidate. Your program should also output the winner of the election. A sample output is :

Extra Instructions: First design a Vote structure to hold candidate, votes received and percentage of total votes. Then use a STL list of Vote structure to implement the program. Whenever possible, you should use STL functions and/or iterators to accomplish the necessary operations. Otherwise, you can not get credit for your implementation. Design the program top-down, with only function calls in main, and function calls within functions.
