Your writing should be able to reveal more about yourselves and must be convincing. You should be able to reflect on your state of mind at the beginning of the activity$/$project and explain how the learning experiences affected you at the end of the activity$/$project$.$ You should be able to show the changes that have occurred in you at the end of the activity$/$project$.$ You should apply critical thinking and self$-$awareness to draw conclusions based on the analysis of your learning experiences. Conclusions should be well$-$supported by decisions that you have made after these experiences. You should be creative in explaining how these experiences have affected your future plans or goals. The plans for the future should be based on what you have learned about yourself as a result of reflections on your experiences. You may follow the guidelines given.

A good statement will contain mainly $$I$$ statements as opposed to $$we$$ or $$the class$.$

Each statement must have an initial position. The initial position launches the reflective process. You must be able to describe, recall, define and review your past experiences. You cannot reflect on how the key learning experiences have affected you if you have no previous beliefs with which to compare.
