The University of Ghana Medical Center is a newly built hospital and has been in operation for almost a year. The management of the hospital is not satisfied with the curent layout after studying data collected on patient movement among the various units (Intake (1), Vitals Room (2), Radiology (3), Laboratory (4), Orthopedics (5), Waiting Room (6)).
