Questionnaire Manager =================================================================================  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A web application will be developed to create, manage, present and evaluate any kind of desired questionnaire. It will be possible to release a questionnaire for any kind of topic and for any time period. This application requires 4 practitioners. Presentation Part User interface part of the Questionnaire Presentation part must be designed to arrange itself for mobile and tablet screens also. Management Part Release period, keeping answers, availability to third party of questionnaire, hide/show facilities must be managed. Also login processes for users and admins must be done by management. For user management, it must be possible to create user groups for specific questionnaire and also set password to any desired one. Creation Part All question types must be available while designing the questionnaire. Designed questionnaire must be saved for future use also. Answers of the questionnaire must be kept separately. Evaluation Part It must be possible to perform analysis on answered questionnaire and return results as a report to admins. Also it will be good to display any desired section of analysis to ordinary user.
