So this technically the$$ first step for me; WASH out the mixing bowl from the previous batch, and all all the ingredients and mix them in the food processor. Mixing bowl holds ingredients for up to $3$ dozen cookies. This activity takes six minutes regardless of ho wmany cookies you cook.

Then I me$,$ Dish up cookies, one dozen at a time, onto cookie try. Takes $2$ minutes per tray.

Then my roommate, put cookies in the oven and set theromstart and timer. This takes about one minute.

Then the cookies bake for the next $9$ minutes so the total baking timeis $10$ minutes during which the first minute my roommate is setting the oven.
