Mylne is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ). Following serious professional misconduct, CAG inc. filed a complaint on March 14, 2021 against Mylne with the OIQ. The evidence reveals the following:

In the early 2000s, Mylne began studying engineering at the University of Ottawa but did not finish it. Between 1995 and 2000, she worked in Quebec for several years in the field of consulting engineering, but not as an engineer, within the firm Gerlais Site et associs, of which she is the main partner and founder. In 2015, she returned to school and obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering on April 17, 2015. She applies for admission to the OIQ, which issues her a trainee engineer's license and assigns her a member number. At that time, embarrassed by this membership number which shows that she is less experienced than her peers of her age, Mylne avoids hanging up her engineering diploma and her engineering license on her desk and makes a false stamp and uses the wrong number, a number specific to an engineer of his age who has been expelled from the Order. She worked for Boche & Associs in their office in Montreal (province of Quebec) from December 2019. She improperly accepted commissions to favor one supplier over another. In September 2021, she acted as a consultant and project manager for Merb Inc. (in their Montreal office), an engineering consulting firm to which she disclosed the trade secrets and confidential information of Gelvais Site and associates. In October 2021, she was hired as an engineer at Axzyu inc. where she worked in their office in Quebec. In 2021, while employed by Axzyu Inc., she agreed to represent the opposing party of her former client at Boche & Associs, without declaring it to anyone. Also in 2021, Axzyu inc. responds to the call for tenders from SNC Gten Tech inc. where he is called upon to collaborate with the engineering firm Zlicop5 inc. Mylne finds all sorts of excuses not to respond to communications from Zlicop5. In December 2021, Zlicop5 inc. produces a final report which he sends to Mylne for comments. In her report to SNC Gten Tech inc., Mylne reiterates the conclusions of the Azxyu inc. without forgetting Zlicop5 inc., the source of its conclusions. In February 2022, Axzyu inc. was acquired by the engineering firm Parent Leal et Associ (PLA) and Mylne joined the firm as an engineer. Following this acquisition, to comply with an internal policy of PLA which wants to know the origins of its employees, Mylne makes a false CV indicating that she obtained her diploma in 2000 rather than in 2010 and forges a false diploma in the same goal.
