Rasheed and Thuli are project managers at Power Electricals, a company that specialises in renewable energy in the communities. Power Electricals uses uncorded flat work breakdown structure (WBS) with only 3 level namely; project objectives, deliverables and work packages. The nature oftheir work includes the following work packages (please note that these work packages are not presented in order);

Couriering the training materials; Receiving the units from the factory; Handing over; Transporting them to the site; final quality check and sign-off by client; Storage and security; Travel by technicians and trainers; progress reporting; Installation and testing; Training.
