Question 2 (25 marks) Mr. Doer is considered to be a hardworking, experience and self-centered project manager who has been working for a long time in the company as a mid-level manager. He has a track record to manage smaller scale projects with success but cannot lead on larger scale projects since he has difficulty to find good functional staffs to work with him and he does not have a clear set of task structure to be followed. He always sets high standards on performance and enforces tight control on both project time and resources upon his subordinates.
