Rational Decision-Making

After watching the video, answer the question below.

Assume that you are in charge of making a decision about how our college could resume face-to-face classes on campus. Use the rational decision making model to make this decision.

Use the steps below as guidelines for your response.

1. Identify the problem to be resolved (i.e. how to start face-to-face classes on campus)
2. Explain two alternative solutions which could be used to address the problem (remember to add at least one advantage and one disadvantage of each possible solution)
3. Select the best of the two options, based on the advantage(s) and disadvantage(s) you have explained in '2'.
4. Explain what the college should do in order to implement the solution you have identified.
