He is highly motivated and academically qualified, having undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. He is a self$-$motivated and dedicated worker who is always punctual with a drive for success. However, after his first six $(6)$ months on the job, company profits have fallen by twenty$-$five $(25)$ percent.
