RCM Application on a turbine

There are seven basic questions asked about a physical asset or system under consideration for the application of RCM techniques. As an RCM facilitator, you must consider the RCM analysis of a turbine In your analysis please indicate the following:

(1) Describe all the assets functional operations.

(2) Describe all the functional failures that can occur

(3) Describe all the failure modes associated with the failures

(4) Describe all the failure effects associated with each failure modes

(5) Describe all the failure consequences based on the asset you selected
