One of the greatest challenges of changing systems and improving quality is communication. Consider the following things. How do you tell someone tactfully that they are doing something incorrectly or that there is a better way? Looking at Proverbs $9$:$89,$ we can get some perspective on communicating in a way that people desire to learn and grow in their knowledge. How does wisdom come into play in communicating tactfully when improvements are needed? In what type of situations might courage and integrity be needed? In communicating errors and problems, how we applying stewardship and concern for our neighbor?
