    3. Working with your team, create three tools: a survey for employees, a set of interview questions for key organizational leaders, and a set of focus group questions for employees. Questions may be similar or even the same across all three tools. You should use the Team Discussion area to capture and record your discussions (post initial drafts of questions and discuss your rationale).
  3. You should submit an initial draft of proposed questions and some of the rationale behind asking each question (a reason for why you are including that question. The reason should be based on the communication principles you are learning in this course) by the end of this workshop.
  4. For the final submission (Due at the end of Workshop Four) you will develop a final list of questions and an annotated version that explains the rationale for the questions. (This means you provide a reason for why you are including that question. The reason should be based on the communication principles you are learning in this course.
  5. By the end of Workshop Four, you will finalize the three research tools. Please note that participation in the group discussion is part of the grade for this assignment.
