Paramount Bank during its four $(4)$ years of operation in Jamaica has experienced tremendous growth in its investment product portfolio. To sustain this trend the company has undertaken a project to develop an online platform for existing and prospective customers to open investment accounts and buy online stocks. The project is called Grantrader Product Development. Paramount is adopting the PMI methodology for scoping the project with the creation of a work breakdown structure. Major control accounts are Conception; Planning and Consultation; Implementation; and Product Delivery and Closure. Key work packages are preliminary reports; Grantrader platform test versions; Grandtrader platform final version; work status reports; Grandtrader launch; stakeholder and client survey feedback; project management plan; and project charter.

$1.$ Create a Work Breakdown Structure $($WBS$)$ of three $(3)$ levels to organize the control accounts and work packages of the project described above. Clearly indicate their codes. The WBS can be drawn in MS Word or hand$-$sketched and then scanned for submission.
