read the case study and tell parties involved, issue , law , analysis and remedy.

Woodrow Awl owned and operated Awl You Need Hardware as well as the land and buildings where he carried on business. His younger brother Euclid worked for him as a manager, and his daughter Dotty worked as a cashier. Woodrow died leaving a will in which he gave the business and real property to Euclid as a life estate, with the remainder to go to Dotty as a fee simple upon Euclids death. Euclid and Dotty could not agree on how to run the business. Euclid wanted to push sale and expansion as soon as possible, but Dotty feared that such action would make the business unstable. She preferred to build more slowly, consolidating the gains of the business. The dispute became heated, and Euclid fired Dotty. Euclid and Dotty never spoke to each other again. Euclid died and left a will giving his entire estate, including his savings, the business, and the buildings, to his wife Wilma.
