In Module $3,$ you were to show your understanding of the case study by providing a synopsis of the case, the quality strategies implemented by Starbucks, and the conclusion reached about those quality strategies on customer satisfaction.

Include your work from Module $3,$ which should be revised to improve your thoughts gained throughout the course, in your Module $8$ portfolio project by adding the following:

Show your understanding of Total Quality Management concepts by identifying at least five other quality strategies that were not covered in the case but which might add to an understanding of Total Quality Management implementation in service industries in general to improve customer satisfaction.

Identify any unique considerations that might apply to the Romanian Starbucks operations that do or do not apply to U$.$S$.$ service industries, or U$.$S$.$ Starbucks.

Hypothesize how your organization, or an organization that you can thoroughly research would fare on the quality strategies implemented by Starbucks in the case study, the additional $5$ TQM practices you have identified, and justify your position.
