Unit 4 Discussion answer.
This is the second time during my master's program that I have taken this personality test. My results where the same each time. The letters are INFJ, which stands for: Introvert (38%), Intuitive (22%), Feeling (31%), and Judging (1%). Characteristics possessed by INFJ are intellectual, caring, and creativity, (Jung Typology, 2021). These types are often very quiet and like peaceful clam environments. I know this is true about myself because I worked as a massage therapist in the past and like clam work environments like a spa.Often INJF are seen in jobs like teaching, social work, politics, and healthcare workers, (Jung Typology, 2021). These professions are the fields I have worked in including healthcare and teaching. INFJs are usually in mid-level management positions. They are good readers of people and often empathetic with their employees but aren't easily fooled, (Jung Typology, 2021). The benefits of working with these types of people is that they are determined, good planners, creative, decisive, and have strong willpower, (Marko, n.d). The challenges of working a INFJ are that they sometimes have very high standards and they prefer things to run according to their instincts, (Personality Club, n.d.). They can also become challenged in the work place if they feel like the environment is chaotic or highly competitive. INJF are not competitive and do not like conflict in the workplace. This is very true for me I hate competition in the work place or any type of drama.
