We are outgrowing our office space and this new schedule will facilitate sharing workstations in the office to better use our space employees have been assigned their telecommute day, which will be directly communicated by their immediate supervisor. Telecommunication policies is all employees must be online and available from 8-5 with a 1-hour lunch break between 11:30 and 12:30. Employee's compensation, benefits and work responsibilities will remain the same. The company will provide a laptop for each employee's use. Internet service is to be supplied by the employee. EMPLOYEES SHALL ENSURE THEIR HOME WIRKSPACE IS FREE TO SAFETY HAZARDS. Employees who worked must provid a quite workspace where they can take phone calls. If you were unable to secure this, you may be subject to being written up. Employees may not use telecommute day as a substitute for child care. Office supplies will be provide by the company as needed. Violation of these policies may result in employee discipline up to and including termination from the company. If you have questions about your compliance with these new policies, please direct them to your supervisor.
