Facts:

Rihanna sold her property to Snoop but left for a world-wide tour before signing the deed. Snoop turned around and quitclaimed it to Drake. Drake finds out there are major structural issues with the property and he can't grow weed on the land because toxic chemicals from a nearby plant has seeped into the soil and poisoned the land.

Drake also discovered that for the past 4 years, trucks owned by the nearby plant have been using the property as a shortcut access road to travel to and from the plant. The plant is claiming they have created an easement that cannot be terminated. Drake is upset and wants to sue Snoop and give the property back. Snoop told Drake "Naw Playa...you need to holla at Rihanna 'bout that!
