It is owed more than P$5$ million in arrears and it is looking at coming up with a number of

methods that it can adopt in order to make it easy for the Gaborone residents to pay their

outstanding arrears. The City Council floats an expression of interest for a consultant to

present on the available four methods of electronic payment. It requires that all those that

are extended an invitation to make a presentation, should simply the different methods by

giving examples where possible.
