knowledgeable and skilled candidates to fill senior positions in large corporations. You are given the task

of finding a new president and CEO for Millennium Computers. Millenium Computers is a Canadianbased computer hardware manufacturer and distributor that is rapidly expanding in North America and

around the world. The vision statement for Millennium Computers reads:

William Pauls $($age $48)$ William is currently employed as chief financial officer of a computer

retail outlet. An accountant by trade, he has spent his entire working life employed in the

Toronto area in the distribution and sales of computer hardware. He is very knowledgeable
