This situation has created a lot of conflict and the project manager for Project X resigned as a result. You have been asked to take over as project manager, because of your experience and track record with the company. The CEO is putting pressure on you to start working on a prototype and implementing the solution as soon as possible. He is of the opinion that the negative environmental impact can be offset in some way.
