1. The company for which you work is having financial difficulties. You've got thought of a creative solution to help it recruit more clients The downside is that the company will have to let go of a stable, loyal, but not particularly profitable client (due to a conflict of interest). Two out of three marketing people agree with you, but your manager does not because she believes it is too risky.

2. You are in charge of a department. Two of your employees have been putting off taking a professional training course for far too long. The manager of the training department has informed you that she has chosen employees from another department instead. Relations with the training department are already strained.

3. During a marketing meeting with your supervisor and the senior marketing executive, you are in the middle of a conflict between them. You know that the two do not get along professionally and that they are in constant disagreement. They are currently debating campaign strategies and asking you to decide which side you want to support.
