Read the information below, then complete the designated tasks with your team.

Your prototype is close to complete. You know you cant demo the prototype for the Business Support System until the last few tasks are complete. You are all psyched up to finish it.

Using the previous deliverables, milestones 6, 7 and 8 specifically, you sit down to begin designing the user interface of the Millennium Healths Business Support System. In addition you will create input and output screens.

Tasks:

1. Using the guidelines and suggestions in chapter 11, design a user interface to the Business Support System. Include the main menu options based on the level 0 data flow diagram processes your team created in milestone #6. Include an image of your choice. See the demo video recording that will be posted under Weekly Tips.
2. Design an input form that will be used to capture data to one of the tables described in milestone #8. Include control buttons to navigate, add, update.
3. Design a report to display data from two or more tables.
4. Design a multi-table form showing data from a parent table and multiple records from a child table (a one-to-many relationship.)
