Seminole County area company is looking for a Practice Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of 3+ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager will include, but not limited to the following.
Schedule routine meetings with doctor(s) and staff.
-- Analyze the progress of the practice.
-- Actively participate in staff meetings.
Maintain inventory system and budget for business office supplies.
-- Monitor and update (as needed) system of correspondence for communications with patients, parents and referring doctors.
-- Implement personnel policy, and update it as necessary.
-- Prepare and conduct regular staff performance reviews with the doctor(s
-- Participate in (and share with the staff) any discussions with the patients or parents regarding compliments or complaints.
-- Develop the calendar of patient days with consideration for staff and doctor(s) meetings, vacation, etc.
-- Record vacation time accrued and time off, with and without pay for all employees.
-- Organize training sessions for new staff. Set schedule for cross-training sessions for existing staff.
