Seminole County area company is looking for a Practice Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of $3+$ years of experience. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager will include, but not limited to the following.

Schedule routine meetings with doctor$($s$)$ and staff.

$--$ Analyze the progress of the practice.

$--$ Actively participate in staff meetings.

Maintain inventory system and budget for business office supplies.

$--$ Monitor and update $($as needed$)$ system of correspondence for communications with patients, parents and referring doctors.

$--$ Implement personnel policy, and update it as necessary.

$--$ Prepare and conduct regular staff performance reviews with the doctor$($s

$--$ Participate in $($and share with the staff$)$ any discussions with the patients or parents regarding compliments or complaints.

$--$ Develop the calendar of patient days with consideration for staff and doctor$($s$)$ meetings, vacation, etc.

$--$ Record vacation time accrued and time off, with and without pay for all employees.

$--$ Organize training sessions for new staff. Set schedule for cross$-$training sessions for existing staff.
