Seminole County area company is looking for a Practice Manager. The company is looking for a minimum of years of experience. Responsibilities of the Practice Manager will include, but not limited to the following.
Schedule routine meetings with doctors and staff.
Analyze the progress of the practice.
Actively participate in staff meetings.
Maintain inventory system and budget for business office supplies.
Monitor and update as needed system of correspondence for communications with patients, parents and referring doctors.
Implement personnel policy, and update it as necessary.
Prepare and conduct regular staff performance reviews with the doctors
Participate in and share with the staff any discussions with the patients or parents regarding compliments or complaints.
Develop the calendar of patient days with consideration for staff and doctors meetings, vacation, etc.
Record vacation time accrued and time off, with and without pay for all employees.
Organize training sessions for new staff. Set schedule for crosstraining sessions for existing staff.
