You need to explain how it applies, and determine where in the hierarchy that need fits.For example could be: "social/belonginess" need.

Explain in detail WHY your need fits into a certain piece of Herzbergs Hierarchy. If you can't fit one of your needs into a theory explain why not.

Use this 4 bellow or create your own, they have to be class appropriated. Something you might need in the future 2 -5 years out like a certain type of job, new house or a diploma. They can be intrinsic needs (like a feeling of self worth or happiness) or extrinsic needs (money or materialistic).
