These include lack of government financial support and conflict between government regulations and system features expected in the technology $($Or et al$,2014).$ A lack of government funding will put worry into business stakeholders, who may feel that they are not getting the best return on investment for the business.

Implementing a new system means that staff will have to be properly trained on how to use the system. The training process will not be seamless for everybody. Some staff may have trouble understanding the new system, and others will resist the change. During the training process, it is important that all staff understand how the system works. Poor training of staff leads to slowed workflow and daily operations.

Both of these barriers lead to poor outcomes that have direct effects on the facilities patients. Lack of government funding combined with a lack of proper training leads directly to poor and inefficient customer service. It is crucial for the manager of the health information management team to monitor the effectiveness of new CIS implementation to ensure it is creating a better workflow. The manager should also be open to seeing how employees are handling new CIS implementations and hearing out staff complaints.

The behavior of change will increase in a favorable way by linking the user to the new technological system. If not, the stakeholders may face additional challenges such as a lack of desire, a negative attitude, a lack of confidence, and a lack of staff understanding of usage $($Detwiller & Petillion, $2014).$ To offer employees helpful resources during the implementation process, allowing them to be completely involved in their work, will result in high$-$quality patient care.

Impact on Patients:

The impact of CIS adoption on patients' health has the potential to be beneficial. CIS can enhance the quality of care provided by a nurse or physician, as well as the efficiency with which data is collected and the number of mistakes in the chart. Patients expect detailed yet simple visits, so having an efficient CIS that can pull information in seconds and review history delivers substantial quality treatment $($Ward & Vartak, $2011).$ This allows nurses and physicians to offer their whole focus to the patient, allowing them to feel heard and strengthen connections.
