Library use in PMI The Council on Higher Education has specific criteria for the library in a Higher Education institution and they need to see evidence that the library is utilised by the students. The students in PMI never visit the library and when asked why not, a variety of reasons are given for this phenomenon. PMI asked the B.Com Honours students if anyone would volunteer to conduct research to assist in solving the problem. After completing the research you have to recommend actions that PMI must take to get better utilisation of the library by the students.
