Scenario:

Chris is a new WHS manager of a company. He reviewed an incident logbook and report from the past two years and found that a lot of staff get injured in workplace accidents. Most of them did not use first aid kits from the company before going to the hospital. Chris raises a concern and what he found to Adam, Head of the Human resources department. He suspects that the staff do not know where the first aid kits are and what they need to do when the incident occurs.

Guideline to learners: Imagine that the company is related to your qualification for example if you are studying hospitality qualification, the company is a restaurant or hotel. If you are studying for Early childhood qualification, the company is a childcare centre, etc.
