Read this comments and make a comment like I agree with yoEtc $.---$Operations management to me involves how management maximizes and executes the business plan$/$strategy$.$ For each business it is highly important to carry out the mission$/$vision in pursuit of profit. In order for the vision to be executed the operations management must be efficient in the process of turning the resources into goods and services. In my experience working in fulfillment for Nordstrom, I was a part of the last stages with inventory management, quality control, and delivery with customers. Like every other task with operation management each entity holds high significance. At the later part of operations with picking items, quality checking, and finally shipping the product, the job must be done with efficiency and high standard because of the deliverance of goods to the consumer. With each step done with valued effort and in a timely manner, customers will be satisfied hopefully leading to long lasting relationship with the consumer.
