• How does the Statute of Frauds come into play here?
• Was this a valid contract modification?
• Issue: provide a subheading to orient the reader about what part of the prompt you are responding to. For example: "Whether Donniegale made an offer."
• Rule: give the rule statement(s) or definition(s) of the key term(s) or concept(s). For example: "An offer is a promise by one party, made to another party, to do or not do something in the future, contingent upon the other party's acceptance."
