Guidelines and suggestions for the Small Experiential Exercises or Cases Each of the assigned experiential exercises (mini cases) provide a brief scenario that involves a combination of legal issues, organizational policies, ethics, values, equity and fairness, professionalism, and personal judgment. Some scenarios are uncertain and may require additional information. In this situation, you should state what additional information is required and why. As you provide a response to each scenario, it is important for you to be explicit about the rationale for your response. If there is a legal basis for their response, you should state the legal source (e.g., the law, court decisions). In some of the cases, additional research may be necessary to determine the best response. Your submission should address the questions that follow each case.

Experiential Exercises Imagine that you must fonm a team with four fellow students to make a 30-minute class presentation on the future of job analysis in the healthcare industry. All the work on this challenging project must be done by the entire team; however, your group cannot have any face-to-face meetings. Your virtual team must come up with ways to deal with the following issues: Cine 1. How will you organize the virtual team? Will you select a team leader? If so, what criteria will you use as the basis for the selection? 2. What criteria will you use as the basis for selecting team members? 3. Without face-to-face encounters, how will you ensure that every member of the team does his or her assigned tasks so that a high-quality presentation is produced
